Where is the new Neurosurgery One Lakewood office?

On December 1, 2024, Neurosurgery One will relocate its current St. Anthony clinic to a nearby Lakewood office at 12596 W Bayaud Ave., Suite 100, Lakewood, CO 80228. 

On December 1, 2024, we also are opening a new Central Denver location at 850 E Harvard Ave, Suite 305, Denver, CO 80210. 

In addition, we continue to see patients in our clinics in Littleton, Lone Tree, Parker and Castle Rock.

Will you accept the same insurance plans at the new Neurosurgery One Lakewood office?

Yes, Neurosurgery One will continue to accept the same insurance plans currently accepted.

Will there be changes in Neurosurgery One bills?

Beginning Dec. 1, all billing for Neurosurgery One providers and services will be managed by AdventHealth.

For patients who received care in our St. Anthony location prior to Dec. 1, 2024, you will be billed through Common Spirit.

We hope this change will make our billing less complicated for patients by having just one financial administrator throughout our network.

Where do I get my patient records?

If you are a Neurosurgery One patient who currently uses MyAdventHealth patient portal, you can continue to access your records there.

If you currently use a different patient portal, you will receive an invitation to set up your AdventHealth patient portal. Or you can create your portal now.

If you need help setting up your account, please call AdventHealth customer service at 855-238-8791.

We also recommend downloading the free AdventHealth app onto your smart phone. The app is available in the Apple and Google Play stores.

Do I need to set up a new AdventHealth patient portal?

You do not need to set up a patient portal, but we encourage you to create an account to have easier access to Neurosurgery One. By setting up your AdventHealth account, you’ll have access to the following services online:

• Schedule appointments and check-in online
• Complete new patient and health history paperwork
• Communicate with your care team
• Pay bills online
• Access your medical records and test results (MyChart)
• View follow-up instructions
• View educational videos

Where do I go if I have an appointment or see physicians at the Neurosurgery One St. Anthony location?

For any appointments prior to December 1, 2024, you should go to our current St. Anthony office at 11750 W. 2nd Place, Suite 255, Lakewood, CO 80228.

For appointments after December 1, if you have scheduled an appointment at our Lakewood clinic, you should go to the new office at 12596 W Bayaud Ave., Suite 100, Lakewood, CO 80228.
